1. What You're Buying
JonesyAI sells digital prompt packs — collections of AI prompt instructions delivered as PDF files. You are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive license to use the prompts for your own personal or business purposes.
2. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the prompts — in whole or in part — as your own product or as part of a competing prompt library.
3. Digital Delivery
Prompts are delivered digitally via email and a download link immediately after payment is confirmed. There are no physical goods. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, email [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
5. No Warranty
JonesyAI prompts are provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific outputs from any AI model, as results depend on the model, version, and context you provide. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JonesyAI's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
